About the service

DigiPrep provides free online study resources for Cambridge IGCSE exams, including revision notes, digital past papers, and self-marking tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you sign up, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used abusively.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or data.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or automatically harvest content in a way that overloads or disrupts the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute substantial parts of the platform except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful code through bug reports or any other channel.

Content and intellectual property

Revision notes, site design, software, and branding on DigiPrep are owned by DigiPrep or used with permission. Past papers and mark schemes are Cambridge Assessment International Education materials made available for educational practice.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial study. You may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Your annotations, answers, and progress data remain yours. Where you use cloud save, we store that data so you can access it when signed in.

Advertising

DigiPrep is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads help keep the platform free. Ad partners may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, though we aim to comply with Google’s programme policies.

Educational disclaimer

DigiPrep is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cambridge Assessment International Education.

Our notes, marking guidance, and tools are for revision support only. They do not replace official syllabuses, textbooks, or teacher instruction. Exam results are your responsibility; we make no guarantee of any particular grade or outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiPrep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of marks, or interruption of study.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
